Promo work for skate brand Listen to Turtle
Carpinteria, CA local skateboard brand Listen to Turtle asked me to shoot a session at the infamous Orchid Skatepark just north of Santa Barbara. Their roster of groms was pure, contemporary skateboarding culture, so fun to watch, so different from my skateboarding upbringing in Berlin, Germany in the 90’s. Heavy with surf influence, easy-going and groovy, these kids busted out kick-flips into the outdoor bowl, crooked’s down the indoor rail and plenty of flowy stuff in between.
